Newgate Homeowners Association

Newgate HOA is comprised of three separate types of colonial style homes. Within the community there are 125 single family homes, 456 townhomes and 226 back–to-back homes. Newgate HOA is located in Centreville, VA approx. 25 miles from our nations capital. 

Newgate is a mature community that is actively managed by Sequoia Management. The homes within the community have a colonial feel that reflects the history of the commonwealth. Newgate HOA is a great neighborhood for all ages with amenities that include a swimming pool, tennis/basketball courts, tot lots and walking paths.
