NEWGATE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
IMPORTANT NOTICE: ASPHALT & CONCRETE REPAIR SCHEDULE + MAPS
Dear Residents,
The Board of Directors has contracted with Brothers Paving to perform concrete and asphalt repairs in the townhome and back-to-back home sections of Newgate HOA. This maintenance is necessary to preserve the integrity of our roadways and common areas.
Please review the following details carefully.
PROJECT SCHEDULE (WEATHER PERMITTING)
Concrete Repairs: Monday, June 30 – Wednesday, July 2
Asphalt Repairs: Tuesday, July 8 – Friday, July 25
Each section will be completed in a single day, and striping will occur the same evening.
VEHICLE REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS
All vehicles must be removed by 6:30 AM on your scheduled workday.
Sections will reopen after striping, typically by 10:00 PM the same day.
Vehicles remaining in work areas after 6:30 AM will be towed by Battlefield Towing at the owner’s expense.

Section 1 – Tuesday, July 8 to Wednesday, July 9
Section 2 – Thursday, July 10 to Tuesday, July 15
Section 3 – Wednesday, July 16 to Monday, July 21
Section 4 – Tuesday, July 22 to Thursday, July 24
Pool Parking Lot & RV Lot – Friday, July 25

Sections will be clearly marked with white paint prior to work.
IMPACT ON SURROUNDING AREAS
Residents of single-family homes may notice temporary increases in street parking as affected residents relocate vehicles during the repairs. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.
OTHER SERVICE NOTIFICATIONS
Trash and recycling providers and landscaping crews have been notified to minimize service disruption.
